Engr. Md. Omar Faruque, the owner of 2B Tex Corporation founded this organisation in 2015. Since then, he gradually entered Civil & Roads Construction sector, Chemical and dyes sector, Denim and yearn sector, Organic sector and LED Lighting sector of Bangladesh, thus pushing forth new adventures in various business sectors.

After completing B.Sc Engineering  from Textile Engineering he began his career in Denim sector of Bangladesh. From 2008 to 2014 he gathered various indepth experience from Textile,dyes and Chemical Industries of Bangladesh by working under different reputed companies.

With his ever learning desire from various business fields and venturous attitude towards businesses, in 2015 he founded an organisation naming '2B Tex Corporation' which strated working as an importer, indentor and general supplier. It also started putting its step in construction sector gradually.  
Under this name '2B Tex Corporation' he successfully signed MOU as a sole agent with various organisations like Oxford Technologies Australia (Denim), Noga Biochem China (Chemicals) and Tolas International Trading Co. Ltd (Taiwan).
His company 2B Tex Corporation and its various sister concerns also works in different Ministry of People’s Republic of Bangladesh E.G - Ministry of Education, Ministry of ICT, Ministry of Power,Energy and Mineral Resources and various Autonomous and semi- autonomous organisations of Bangladesh as well as with many Corporate companies of Bangladesh.
